Cancellation Policy
To ensure an elevated experience and respect for our artists’ time, we kindly ask that all clients review and adhere to the following appointment policy.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
• Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled no less than 48 hours in advance of the scheduled service time.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service total.
• No-shows or failure to arrive for a scheduled appointment without notice will result in a 100% charge of the scheduled service total.
Deposits
• All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Deposits secure your appointment time and are applied toward your service unless otherwise stated.
Finality of Charges
• All cancellation and no-show fees are final and non-negotiable.
• Fees will be charged to the card on file.
Emergency Considerations
• We recognize that unforeseen emergencies may arise. Emergency cancellations will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, at the sole discretion of the salon.
